Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We can ship to every country in the world. We ship via FedEx Express and provide you with your tracking number upon shipment so you can track your parcel all the way.
What are your shipping charges?
We are currently offering free domestic and interational shipping.
Will I have to pay any import duties or taxes?
Our prices shown are the Final Landed Costs. This means that we cover any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees that are levied and these are billed to us directly by our courier.

Yes you can. If we are not showing the watches priced in your currency, you can purchase a watch through our 'WorldWide Shop' section shown by the World image. The watches are priced in US Dollars and are the Final Landed Cost.
Where are your watches made?
Our watches are made in Germany. The movements in the watches are the Swiss
ETA 2824 automatic movement or the Unitas 6498 manual wind movement.
What is the difference between an automatic and manual wind watch?
Do the watches come with an international warranty?
Yes. The Karl Falk watches come with a 2 year International Warranty validated from date of purchase.
What do i do if there is a problem with my watch?
In the unlikely even that there is a problem with you watch, contact us and we will advise you to either return it to us or advise that it be repaired locally.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes we have a 14 day return policy for the watches. If you decide that the watch is unsuitable for you, return it to us and we will refund you in full. (This only applies to unworn watches. Once worn we cannot accept them back.)
