Returns
At Karl Falk we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that you may occasionally want to return items to us. In this event, items can be returned direct to Karl Falk within 14 days.

UK Purchases
When returning items to Karl Falk, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and unused. On receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded in full. For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend sending the goods back to Karl Falk by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Please make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. Please email us to advise us if you wish to return an item.

International Purchases
If returning from an international locations, please note the cost of shipping the product back to the UK will be incurred by the purchaser. If products are shipped back to the UK from overseas, we recommend using a service where the item can be tracked. We are not liable for any items that may get damaged or lost in transit when being returned from overseas. Please email us to advise us if you wish to return an item.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing us or calling us with your order reference number within 4 hours of purchase. If you contact us after 4 hours of purchase, your item may already have been despatched in which case the above terms of the Returns policy will apply.

The 7 day return policy is only valid for purchases made online or via the telephone from karlfalk.com. If you have purchased a Karl Falk product from another stockist, you must refer to their individual return policies.
